I wish to give a service recommendation for Mr. Alex Zax, during the process of roof quoting to replace an existing asphalt roof.  Upon asking for recommendations of previous clients, he not only showed me a written reference, but offered to drive me to a recently finished job to see the quality of workmanship for myself. The quality of the work seemed OK, and Mr. Zax was very open to answering questions and concerns about the roof installation process and finishing details. He also gave me specifications for the roof materials that he uses to be able to peruse.

He promptly sent the quote, as promised, and answered some questions about details which were not included in the quote.

Alex did a great job on our new deck. He had some great creative ideas and was more affordable than 3 other contractors we contacted. We would like to let you know how pleased we are with the bathroom renovations you just finished at our house.
The installation of tiles on the wall and floor showed excellent workmanship and attention to details. You also had good suggestions as to the colour scheme and choice of bathroom fixtures.
